Beauty Therapist / Receptionist

We are currently looking to recruit a Beauty Therapist / Receptionist to fit in with our friendly team.
Duties include:
* Ensure Friendly and Efficient service at all times
* Prepare the treatment room to the required standard
* To maintain and keep on top of the cleanliness throughout the club
* To inform the Leisure Manager of any orders for stock
* To work as part of a team throughout the hotel

Chef de partie

Commis Chef

We are currently looking to recruit a Commis Chef to fit in with our friendly team.
Duties include:
* Ensure friendly and efficient service at all times
* Prepare, cook and serve food in all sections to the agreed standard (breakfast, lunch, dinner, conference, functions, room service, staff food)
* To use all kitchen equipment and utensils safely
* To store all food and other stock in a secure and hygienic manner
* To inform the Head Chef of items for ordering
* To check deliveries and quality and report to the Head Chef/Duty Manager

Housekeeper

The Georigan House Hotel is looking for a Housekeeper to provide the highest possible standard of customer service at all times.  The individual must be friendly and good at managing their time and ability to work under pressure.
Duties include:
* You should have a friendly manner, a helpful and efficient approach to work with an eye for detail and very importantly - a smile!
* To assist with cleaning of bedrooms and public areas of the hotel
* To hand in all lost property to the head housekeeper
* Use the correct cleaning equipment
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as a team as well as on their own.  Previous experience within the hospitality industry or a similar customer service role is preferred but full training will be given.  The position is a full time position based on 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.

Receptionist

The Georgian House Hotel is looking for a Receptionist to provide the highest possible standard of customer service at all times.  The individual must be friendly, with an excellent telephone manner, well organised and the ability to work under pressure.
Duties include:
* Ensure friendly and efficient service at all times
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to maximise the selling of rooms and other hotel facilities
* To have a sound knowledge of reservation techniques in order to deal with reservations accurately
* To ensure that all reception/reservations administration is carried out accurately to company standards
* To process reservations on the hotel's computerised reservation system from initial enquiry to guest arrival, invoice processing and guest departure
* Take responsibility for all allocated monies and ensure company procedures are used at all times when receiving and paying monies in/out
* Use the switchboard efficiently and deal with all calls, transferring of calls and taking messages to the highest levels of customer service
The candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work as a team as well as on their own.  Previous experience within the hospitality industry or a similar customer service role is preferred but full training will be given.
